I really only care how much I am taking home and what I do with that money. Most of the commentors at Free Money Finance agree that they would do the same. I can see it from the other side as well, but it really isn't worth worrying about. As one commentor put it, "There is plenty of unfairness built into corporate culture, being jealous of a 5% salary difference would be my furthest complaint."
